PROPERTY MANAGER
Leroy Johns has over 17 years of experience in the real estate industry. He has held various positions during his tenure as a real estate professional. Leroy started his career as a real estate mortgage underwriter and has worked for some of the top banking institutions in the country; JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and World Savings Bank, just to name a few. Leroy served on the Underwriting Advisory Board at World Savings Bank, where he developed policies and procedures for the company. Leroy obtained and maintains a lending authority of $1,000,000 at the various institutions where he has worked. He has worked within Bank of America’s legal department as a mortgage claims auditor for its real estate mortgage division, where he assessed the validity of contractual legal claims submitted by various investors.
Leroy has experience with home purchase transactions, property management, negotiating contracts, appraisal review, and providing alternative solutions to customers and clients regarding their housing and mortgage related needs. He enjoys interacting with clients within his local community and providing them with information regarding real estate.
Leroy is a long-time Oakland native and is very familiar with the city and its surrounding areas. He volunteers as a mentor for the Sigma-Beta club of Oakland, which mentors and prepares young male students for college. Leroy is also a longtime Golden State Warriors fan and enjoys attending local sporting events.
Leroy has an MBA degree from Golden Gate University, which is located in San Francisco, CA as well as a BA degree in Business Management from Langston University, which is located in Langston, OK.
